This morning's Area Forecast Discussion from the National Weather Service in Little Rock showed the aggravation of the forecaster...it started off "Looks like I picked the wrong week to come back to work, and start a series of midnights (overnight)". The European Model (ECMWF) is calling for a significant winter storm across Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas by midweek...but the other models are windshield wipering the solutions...back and forth. The forecaster said "he needs some headache medicine and coffee" . I know the "winter weather wishcasters" (especially the snow lovers) are praying the ECMWF verifies. For me, I do like one good snow in the winter...but it's Friday night into Saturday, and all gone by Monday morning. In Arkansas, the weather changes more than you change your underwear...and the forecast for both is still crappy. Daryl .... Never drink and drive.
