Subj : piano, LPs, Clive Cussler To : Daryl Stout From : August Abolins Date : Sun Sep 20 2020 17:18:37 On 8/31/2020 3:16 PM, between "Daryl Stout": DS> I have an old Story And Clark Piano here at the house, but DS> it hasn't been played in ages...I'm sure it's out of tune. I DS> have a small rotary turntable for LP records, but rarely use DS> it. My late parents left behind a large amount of LP DS> records, and books... especially those by Clive Cussler. I DS> wish I knew some place that would take these... even free... DS> as I have no use for them. But, with COVID-19, folks are DS> really picky on what they get now. A real piano would go out of tune in a few months. I still have a full-size upright model acquired in the 70's. It was last tuned in the late 90's. I really sounds pretty bad at this time. I could find new homes for the Clive Cussler books and LPs, over time. But shipping costs would not be cheap from USA->Canada. :( However, I did ship a 40+ volume hardcover collection of works to the UK several years ago; 2 cartons, and the each box was about $50 shipping. I'm thinking of putting up my own 1100 LPs on sale at my shop, eventually. If you don't mind packing and shipping, I'd take the books and LPs off your hands. I'd be happy to work out a compen$ation. .
