If they don't like the accomodations they should leave.  Some do, as 
nothing of interest there; others try to change it to their preference.

Your head is gone??!!??!!  One reason why I have pen and paper in the 
nightstand: used to think of something in the middle of the night and
hope I remebered in the morning.  With getting ready for work and
other things the 'midnight thought' got pushed into the background
again.  Now make a quick note to remind me.
