FWIW Iowa hasn't mandated masks yet; some of the cities and counties have tried and legally can't because of the way the phrasing at the state level was made/issued. (I don't understand the details so just a skim of the information.) Anyway, along the compliance/non-compliance thread, it was announced this week Hy-Vee (regional grocery store) will be handing out masks starting next week to customers without. Not quit certain if they will lbe requiring or 'highly suggesting'. I'll admit to being one of those customers not wearing a mask -- maybe 40% if us were not. I've carried it with me. This week did wear the mask as did just about all the other customers -- maybe 10% if that high did not. Also note this is the week _before_ the policy goes in to effect -- there were a couple of small (8«x11") notices taped by the entry but nothing 'in your face' like a giant placard. Seems to reinforce the softer "it would be a good idea because" approach works better than the 'rule with a sledgehammer' option, ¯ ® ¯ BarryMartin3@ ® ¯ @MyMetronet.NET ® ¯ ® ¯ (Humans know what ® ¯ to remove.) ® ....
