I go past the Pizza Ranch (restaurant) frequently and they have signs outside indicating their buffet is open. Their pre-COVID-19 buffet table layout and area was large enough they possibly could rearrange a bit and line them up so servers could be on the kitchen side and give food to the customers lining up on the other side.
