  In Arkansas, there is Hot Springs the city, but it's not in Hot Spring
County. Hot Springs itself is in Garland County. There is also Benton,
but it's not in Benton County. Benton itself is in Saline County. Years
ago, North Little Rock was known as Argenta...and some businesses in the
city still have that in their name.

  Since Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson signed an executive order
allowing cities to enact such an ordinance (COVID-19 cases keep
spiking...either from more testing, or folks not using masks, 
practicing social distancing, not practicing good hygiene, etc.).
So, several more cities besides Little Rock and Fayetteville have
done so, or are planning to do so.

  It might be. There is Heinz Stadium in Pittsburgh, if I remember
right. Yet, the college is known with the Panthers, and the pro team
is known with the Steelers.
