Subj : Groceries, Farding, etc. To : Daryl Stout From : Barry Martin Date : Fri Jul 10 2020 09:21:00 Hi Daryl! BM> That list looks very lop-sided but that's also why one shouldn't judge BM> anything by just one isolated sampling! I know I've gone grocery BM> shopping and when placing my items on the belt it seems awfully heavy BM> in sweets/desserts or crackers/chips. DS> Well, at least I knew what I was getting. Right now, the bread, DS> being kept in the icebox, is nice and fresh...and the lunch meat DS> is good with it. But, with drinking the diuretic of diet green DS> tea citrus, my kidneys and colon are in overdrive, as I'm DS> "flooding the system". But, I'd rather get up in the night to go DS> to the little Sysop's room (where some of the world's greatest DS> literature has been read ), than to have kidney stones again. Plus sure beats having to wash the sheets all the time! BM> You drink too much coffee when only source of nutrition is Sweet & Low. DS> Never acquired a taste for it. I learned to drink my coffee 'black' -- regionally meaning without cream nor sugar; apparently in other parts of the country 'black coffee' is no cream but with sugar. Meetings when I was working at the college the secretary/secretaries would try to get our requests correct (originally mine was coffee with cream and sugar) but invariably mixed 'em up -- they aren't waitress! So just was easier to drink the coffee as it was presented and get on with the meeting. - r - BarryMartin3@ r - @MyMetronet.NET r - r - (Humans know what r - to remove.) r --- MultiMail/Win32 v0.47 þ wcECHO 4.2 ÷ ILink: The Safe BBS þ Bettendorf, IA --- QScan/PCB v1.20a / 01-0462 * Origin: ILink: CFBBS | cfbbs.no-ip.com | 856-933-7096 (454:1/1) .
