But, so many in Sasnakra (Arkansas spelled backwards) are so weather ignorant and illiterate, it's pathetic...yet, it's the same everywhere. While I'm not expected folks to become meteorologists, the information is out there via smartphone apps, radar, and NOAA Weather Radio. So, ignorance of the data is at their own peril. It depends on the weather situation, and the time of year. There is "the pirate model", the HRRR (High Resolution Rapid Refresh), but it's only good out to maybe 18 hours...yet, it's good for short term forecasts. Yet, folks want to know more than just today and tonight...more likely the upcoming weekend, or even further out...which we don't have the means or technology to get specifics on. Well, a nightmare woke me early...but, with a threat of severe weather and likely downtime later this morning and this afternoon, I figured I had better do my BBS stuff now, then go back to bed for awhile. Nope...I saw mention of another stimulus, but for folks with incomes under $40,000. Congress is still on the July 4 recess...but they'll only be in for 2-3 weeks, then go on their August recess for campaigning (and subsequent lying to voters). I swear, they got more recess time than I did back in elementary school!! Daryl .... I'm always late. My ancestors arrived on the June Flower. === MultiMail/Win v0.52 --- SBBSecho 3.11-Win32 * Origin: The Thunderbolt BBS - tbolt.synchro.net (454:1/33) .
