Doesn't help you any, but might be BM> the reason. On salads, I have to have iceberg lettuce...the romaine and leaf lettuce is too hard to chew and swallow, and it doesn't set well with me. Once that is out of the way, I like to add things like cherry tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, grated cheese (American or Mozarella), cucumbers, lunch meat, and of course, crutons. Then, for dressing, either Thousand Island or French... I don't care for any of the others. But, with the fiber content, I can't eat salads too often, and I hate that. Salads are good for you, but I don't want to spend the rest of the day with diarrhea. Daryl ....
