IMO some people are just being stupid.  I'll admit to potentially being 
a little stupid as don't wear a mask at the grocery store -- neither do 
roughly the other 40% of customers.  We do observe social distancing.  
OTOH if I go somewhere and the requirment is to wear a mask I have one 
with me and put it on.  I am avoiding crowds -- mainly because I don't 
go much of anywhere -- don't really need to.

Semi-interesting item on the noon news: Rock Island County (IL) Director of
Health Services (whatever his real title is) was saying the current
increases in COVID-19 cases in various areas isn't a new instance but a 
resurgance of the initial -- we haven't closed out the first set.
