That seems to be pretty close to the truth.  I'm not following the 
details but appears to be pretty much one way, almost all going out, 
very little in the way of thank-you's and let us help you.  ...Seems 
like Canada or some country to supply a million face masks recently - at
least something in the way of assistance.
