Apparently the pages flipped in the breeze and I looked at 2023's! 

The installer was here this morning, did a good job but the service
isn't working: "something on the pole or further up the line" isn't 
feeding enough light as I'm only getting a 40.  No idea what a level of 
'40' means other than not enough light.  Line techs are supposed to fix 
within the next day or two.
