  Well, if you have Caller ID, that's better. If you don't recognize the
call, you don't answer it. Plus, you don't want to answer or call back
those that answer once, then hang up. Those are likely where if you call
them back, it's like a 900 number, with huge charges per minute. I have
a bulletin on the BBS dealing with all sorts of fraud (calls, emails, etc.).
