I'll pass that information on but don't think will matter: Daryl got his
late mother's computer working and the BBS has been installed on it and
the new 64-bit computer has been returned.  FWIW I had forwarded a
couple of Microsoft-based links and one comment stated another reason a
32-bit install won't install is the drive wasn't completely wiped --
apparently there are hidden files which need to be removed.
