Agree.  Probably just two modes - Beginner as default and Regular.  They
do have some TVs, etc., when first turned on (out of the box) an 
on-screen instruction comes up to show how where to connect the antenna,
etc.

<chuckle>  Yes!  I have had the opportunity for Expert Mode, tried, and 
switched back.  Can be handy, but usually a nuisance when can't read the
options when something isn't working as expected 'cause hit the wrong 
options and got sent into an unfamiliar menu.

He seems to do a better job 'on the fly' than we do with the 
load-bearing calculations, etc.!

Apparently!  I was being a little nerdy and trying to find the
resolution but didn't.  ...They did scare me a little the other day:
went to see what they critters were up to -- where are they??  Mother
gone, looked like the eaglets were gone too -- did they fall out of the
nest??  Apparently just well-hidden as a later check and the mother was 
back and the two eaglets next to her sleeping.  I haven't seen both 
grown eagles so far this year.

And in a post from him I uploaded this morning he has spent his 
'COVID-19 Check' on a new system and UPSs.  And he says he does have a 
whole-house surge supressor installed.  (I'm still trying to figure out
how his original UPS 'blew' when nothing else in the house was damaged 
-- sort of more is there something I should do here to prevent a 
problem.)
