I'm on Social Security and LIS have already received mine; a few people 
I know are also on SS but haven't received their of yet.  On the news 
this morning local anchor briefly mentioned to go to IRS.GOV and click 
on the "Where's my payment" option -- something like that.

I'm guessing maybe I received mine early because filed taxes plus my SSN
begins with a zero and the other three people I know did not need to file
taxes, so maybe that's why the delay.  I get three-quarters of a penny 
extra in interest!!

Sometimes things have more surprises that expected!
