Yup: last I heard they had closed off the western portion of River Drive
-- downriver from Downtown Davenport.  River is stll about 2' above 
flood stage; yesterday's snow won't make much difference locally.  They 
are predicting another snow tonight which according to the current 
tracking is 2-3" for here but 10" in SE Iowa.
