Subj : Re: Being Full To : NANCY BACKUS From : Daryl Stout Date : Tue Apr 14 2020 12:49:00 Nancy, NB>Sounds to me as though you definitely should follow through and take NB>those trips.... :) Well, my travel days may be over. If COVID-19 and finances weren't enough, I have an umbilical hernia, that has to be removed by laparoscopic surgery. But, with COVID-19, all elective surgeries are off the table. Compared to other states, not as many folks are in the hospital from COVID-19, and because Arkansans are following the directives of Governor Asa Hutchinson, he's not going to implement a "shelter in place order"...although both Little Rock and Pine Bluff have a nighttime curfew in effect from 9pm to 5am daily...although with a daytime curfew during the week from 9am to 2:30pm, for those under 18. All the schools, colleges, etc. were shut down the rest of the academic year, and if there are any classes, they're being done online. NB>I guess you are finding out your limitations now... At least I'm smart enough to know my limits, and not press my luck. NB>Roads do need to be maintained... It's nice, though, if one can go a few NB>years without having construction again on a newly repaired road... :) As I've noted before...2 seasons on the road...winter and construction. Yet, even if they widen a stretch of road...sooner or later, they're going to be right back to square one, with the traffic. NB>Did they let you have the meat loaf anyway...? But you'd think that NB>they know that each persons reflux is individual... tomato sauce affects NB>it for some people and not for others.... I don't think they did. I've been avoiding Italian food (pizza, lasagna (the world's most perfect food, according to Garfield), spaghetti, etc., because of it.
