They're talking a 'weather system' for Tuesday: at this point they're
saying "too far out" to estimate the snowfall amount, but do know the
temperatures will drop after the system comes through.  Guess just one
of those 'stay tuned' things. %)

Of course!  As Corporate was setting the standards they skewed the 
results in their favour.
