  Apparently, they chewed their way through the plumbing, and came in
through the toilet in one of the bathrooms. So, Terminix is coming out
weekly to lay out traps and do other work. For what I paid, I'm covered
through 2025. I also have some sort of water insurance, and if I'm
lucky, it'll cover the cost of plumbing repairs.
