  This 62 year old male had rigged up a skeleton, and disguised it with
military fatigues. The skeleton was permanently set in the passenger
side, to make it look like there was a second passenger in the vehicle,
where he could go into the HOV lane, and pay a lower toll. He was pulled
over by a state trooper for his windows being tinted too darkly, at
which time, his HOV violation was discovered.

  These construction deals of expanding lanes make as much sense as tits
on a boar hog. Sooner or later, you're going to be right back at square
one, on the traffic gridlock.
