Hi Daryl!

 BM>Welcome back!  Woke up to an odd and somewhat quiet-yet-noisy dull

 BM>forecast (Saturday Dec. 28) it is supposed rain pretty much all day.
 BM>Otherwise nice: supposed to get into the mid-50's this afternoon.
 DS>   We had storms in the region last night, and much needed rain.
 DS> But, again, we dodged the bullet here in regards to severe

Nothing all that bad up here: fog the past couple mornings; this morning
currently just below freezing and while nothing now they're talking snow
flurries later.

 DS> lightning damage...and the Verizon Mi-Fi was very erratic,
 DS> because of the storms. Whenever there's bad weather, the cell
 DS> networks are the first thing to crash.

Hmmm: no one has mentioned loss of cell phone service because of weather
issues.  Either they just accept it or the system locally is sturdier.
