True!  ...Not coming up with an example right now but that won't stop
from agreeing.

And LIS a while back, sometimes the temporary bad delay is really a good
delay: learned something in the interim which helped to find the 
solution, or made the fix better, or an upcoming change nullifying the 
original fix.  And other times just an excuse.

Reminds me of a segment on one of the cop shows we watch: probably 20- 
something (does the face have to be blurred out?!) got pulled over, was 
trying to get out getting the ticket/going to jail by stating wasn't 
"driving" but was "travelling".  (Didn't work.)
