He got his Jeep fixed sufficiently for him to get around up at the North Country, and near the end of the stay, he was feeling comfortable enough with it to have considered a trip down to Rochester, but at that point didn't have the time to spare for the trip.... It now is covered with a tarp, parked for the winter (and however much longer to when he actually gets back)... Yup... the landline remains our main connection... but we don't have an answering machine, so important calls can be put through to my cell phone, which does have voice mail if needed....
