Today's cars have some built-in safeguards against that, especially the
ones that have the autostart option on the fob.... I was startled when
the button I pushed on the fob of my rental vehicle (last month) turned
out to be a remote start... car was still locked, and one had to do
things in a particular order after getting in before the car would
really go anywhere... Never had a remote start on any of OUR cars...!

I wish they'd forget about going totally onto Daylight Stealing Time,
and just stay totally on Real Time.... It's so much nicer when the sun
overhead matches the time the clocks say it is.... and it certainly
would be better to be able to have 4th of July fireworks at 9pm instead
of having to wait until 10 for it to be dark enough....  :)
