  And, it's time to warn folks to NOT start their cars to warm them up,
and leave them unattended. Thugs seeing running cars can break in, and
drive off with them.

  I set very few clocks around here. I keep hearing of a bill in
Congress that would put the entire country on DST, year round. But, I
think all the crap about impeachment and next years elections, will take
priority. They have no desire to do anything else.
