  The Farmers Almanac Winter Outlook looks cold and ominous...but I rate
that forecast as for smiles and guffaws (a clean version of S and G
<G>). But, I'll wait to see what the forecast is from the National
Weather Service, before I make any plans.

  Around here, if there's just ONE snowflake, sleet pellet, or freezing
raindrop, a local TV meteorologist issues a "Grocery Store Warning", and
the stores get slammed. If you don't get there fast, you'll find that
the bread, milk, beer, and toilet paper, were SOLD OUT long ago.
