Actually, vasectomy only disconnects the vas from the source of sperm...
and once in a great while turns out to not have been effective... And
there have been cases of babies gestating in the abdomen, even without a
womb to harbor them... isn't all that good for the foetus, though...

I've known at least one person that ended up having to have cataract
surgery again, decades later than her first surgeries....  Dunno about
the bone spurs, but I'd guess that there would be a possibility that it
could grow back (or a new one happen) later, though not all that
likely....
