Yes, if a consideration here, just doesn't seem practical for our usage.
Need to get "NCID" going again -- it does work with landlines.  Only 
reason I paused the project was it was havign problems with a hum on the
line to up here -- need to have thet corrected (either I move or an 
electrician moves the electrcial feed to up here which has the phone, 
Ethernet and television in the same run).
