Yes, don't want to be in a power failure though am somewhat ready for 
one.

Possibly the Festivus stick-tree in _Seinfeld_ was based on the Charlie
Brown tree.  Or just some tired tree decorator who put up the center of 
an artifical tree and thought 'this is enough'!
