I don't blame you.  Quite frankly I thing we've (or at least me!) have 
gotten used to free stuff on the Internet.  It does time time and energy
to put together the information, run the computers, etc., so a small fee
would be reasonable, but that's a different topic.

Try www.tribute.ca/tv/ .  I'm not sure if the trailing slash is needed. 
To me looks like the original Zap2It format.  I don't recall if I had to
sign up with the new username and password or if it transferred.
