I used it yesterday.  It gives you the option to retain files and folders.  I did have one computer that refused to upgrade.  It left me with a dual boot option ( 10 or 11 ).  I used msconfig to eliminate the Windows 11 option.  The computer is ready for whoever buys it to get the extended support option for Windows 10.
