I am currently updating a client's laptop.  I searched for Flyby11 and downlaoded the 
latest version.  There are a few options.  I chose Flyby11 Classic.

Once you extract the zip file, run the application flyby11 and follow the prompts.  You 
can use that program to download the ISO from Microsoft which is the last option for an 
ISO file.  Once the ISO is downloaded, drag the file onto flyby and it will mount,  
Running it will automatically bypass the 3 windows prerequisites.  A short time later it 
will prompt you if you want to keep the files and folders.  Make sure it is checked and it 
is guaranteed to work.
