There was a release of 95 or 98 that had USB, but I could not remember
which one introduced it.  The original release of 95 didn't have it, I am
sure of, but I couldn't remember if it was included in a later release of
95 or if it didn't get included until 98 SE (or after).

It doesn't matter now.  Whyever I asked I figured it out.  ;)
