We've been generally dry with only 9" of snow for the winter, which is 
something like 23" below our average.  This weekend supposed to get cold
enough to snow (30ø overnight) but only a trace forecast and no 
accumulation.  (Wait and see if that becomes "six inches of partly 
cloudy" <g>)

The good news is the Mississippi River won't be flooding this year, at 
least up here.
