As it is that time of year again, here are the RISK levels mentioned in the
Severe Weather and Heavy Rain alerts that I often post here:

MARGINAL = 1/5
SLIGHT = 2/5
ENHANCED = 3/5
MODERATE = 4/5
HIGH = 5/5

Some of those words, like "Slight" and "Moderate" don't sound as serious 
as they actually are if you look at the 1-5 scale.
