The general weather has been even more strange than it has been.  For me
in the Quad Cities (Iowa/Illinois) we're on track to have one of the 
least snowiest winters on record -- think the on-air meteorolgist said 
so far 2.8 inches and normal is a little over 2« feet for this time of
the year.  ...Our people in the South are getting what we normally do.
