SOLAR ECLIPSE DOPPLER-SHIFTS TIME SIGNALS: Last week's total eclipse of the
sun did more than cast a shadow. It also Doppler-shifted radio transmissions
of atomic time across the USA. More than a dozen ham radio monitoring
stations measured the effect.
