Hi Mike!

 > Feb 27, 2024: High 79. at our official NWS site in Moline, IL (about

 MP> We got just over 70F here.  What was weird about it was that
 MP> happened overnight, around 2am.  By "morning," we had severe
 MP> thunderstorms and then the temperature dropped into the upper 30s

That is a strane one! Almost need to open the windows to keep cool for 
sleeping but later would have had to shut them to keep warm and keep the
rain out.


 > Less that 12 hours later it's in the teens with wind chills just below
 > zero!
 MP> We bottomed out at about 20F by the next morning.

Strange weather!  ...For the next several days here no where near that 
waild an oscillation in temperatures: highs are mid 60's today, mid 70's
tomorrow, 60's first half of the week; lows is the 40's for the first 
part and almost to freezin g the second part.
