It's the second=snowest since they started keeping records, late 1880's 
IIRC.  This week has been flirting with the freezing point, just at 
during the night and about 34ø, 35ø most of the day.  With fog.  Oddly I
don't see the I-74 Bridge (aviation lights nor vehicle lights) this
morning and I'm about a dozen blocks away!  Spooky!
