WHAT ARE THE MYSTERIOUS 'BRIGHT NIGHTS'?  A phenomenon rarely seen in centuries
may have just appeared in the night sky over Colorado. It's called a "Bright
Night" or "nocturnal sun." It happens when a moonless night suddenly becomes so
