It was created using Microsoft Web Expressions for the templates and a program from a 
now defunct company named FocalMedia.  I own the rights to this 'PowerSeek' Directory 
producing program since I purchased an unlimited license before they folded.

I can use this program for just about any project, including a content management 
system (CMS).  I can create links for Premium listings that allow you to accept payments 
from PayPal and a lot more.
