  I think of the joke where this guy is having to undergo surgery
right before his birthday, and he ends up being hospitalized on
his birthday.

  Well, his well meaning friends, trying to cheer him up, send a female
stripped by for a visit. She walks into the room, with only a fur coat
on. She gets in there, removes the coat, and she's naked as a jaybird!!
She says "Happy Birthday!! I'm here to give you the Super Sex!!".

  He looked at her (she was rather attractive), thought a minute, and
said "I'll have the soup, please". <G>
