     I had one call and ask to speak to Mrs. Luko. I told him "Let me
see if I can find her". I had him on hold for a little over 5 minutes.
I told him that I couldn't get married in the last 5 minutes. To call
back in a few years to see if there is a Mrs. Luko available to speak
with. He just hung up the phone. I wasted 5 minutes of his day from
calling other people.
