Since all netmail as well as internet mail to and from everyone is stored in mail.shd, I'm guessing you're right and it's a G lded error. There is and was no one supporting the SMB upport of Golded besides you at that recent point. And before that I'm sure it as probably a decade or more since anyone has done so.. so it's a moot point.
