Hi Jeff!

 JE> It was created by THEDRAW and saved in ASCII mode (.ASC) and not
 JE> as an ANSI. I triple checked that, actually loaded the ANSI file,
 JE> removed all the colour and completely changed the 1st lines and
 JE> saves as ASCII, 3 times. I don't understand why it isn't

The problem here (BBS Advertising confrence) is codes have been turned
off - the only conference in which ILink allows that kind of artwork is 
in the ANSI Art conference.
