Exactly the same.  Of course the left hand is totally different from an organ since it uses 
buttons that aren't visible.  The C has an indentation.  The E has a series of grooves to 
identify it.

When you want a C chord, find the one with an indentation and use the button directly 
below to complete the chord.  The minor is one button below that and Major is one 
button further down.

Once I taught myself the chords on the organ, I found it much easier to play than the 
accordion.
