Yep! And learning didn't voicings. Depending on the song, I'll make a C chord and add the third fret top and bottom strings. Gives it 3 full octaves... And don't be scared to use a capo. It's not just for playing some keys easier, but for getting different sounds. Dpending on the song, I'll play something in F normally, or maybe capo first fret and play an E. I don't normally capo third fret and play a D, but I will capo fifth fret and play a C. :-) ....
