I'm glad you take an interest.  Maybe I should pick you up on my next trip North and 
take you with us :)

Being from Michigan originally, we go back there every year.  One year we did the entire 
U.P., then headed to 3 spots in Ontario, but never to the Rockies.

We have been to Albuquerque twice to see the balloon fest.  Always a great place!  We 
stay sometimes at Disney's campground (hard to get into and very pricy).  But once you 
are there, no need to use your vehicle to get around, and so much to see.

We've been to Branson, MO once and do plan to do it again.  My daughter lives in 
northern Georgia so that is a worthwhile trip.  In Georgia, Stone Mountain is always a 
great stop!

We loved Wapakoneta, OH for the space museums.

There is a lot more.  Perhaps you should tell me where you want to go and I will pick 
you up:)
