yeggi.com is a great search engine for 3D patterns
thingiverse.com has loads of different types of patterns. Some free, some cost.
cgtrader.com has all kinds of patterns for sale.
gambody.com has EXCELLENT patterns for sale. All kinds of kits!
myminifactory.com has all kinds of D&D and miniatures for games. Some free, some 
cost.
